• With KYC verification complete, withdrawals are typically processed within 3–5 minutes.
• Additional verification may be required for large transactions.

Bonus Balance Withdrawal

Bonus balance cannot be withdrawn directly. Once the wagering requirements are met, winnings will be converted to real money and become withdrawable.

Bonuses & Promotions

• The welcome bonus applies to your first deposit only.
• Each bonus will specify its wagering requirement — typically ranging from 10x to 30x.
• Only one bonus code may be applied per deposit.
• If no expiry date is specified for a bonus, a 30-day validity period applies by default.
• If bonus abuse is detected, the bonus may be forfeited and the account may be temporarily suspended.

Gaming Rules

• If a game is cancelled due to a technical error, all bets will be refunded.

Prohibited Activities

Account Suspension & Termination

• Extended account inactivity (more than 12 months).
